Many thanks to Emilee Webb, Miss Arkansas Junior High from Poyen, AR. Promoting her platform "Reading Readiness," Emilee conducted a book drive where 794 new and gently used books were collected for Reach Out and Read Arkansas!

Reach Out and Read offers a wide variety of helpful early literacy resources to parents. You, working with your healthcare provider, can ensure your child enters school ready to learn and succeed.

Medical providers may apply online to start a Reach Out and Read Program. Applications to Reach Out and Read must be submitted by a staff member of a clinic or hospital providing outpatient health supervision visits to children six-months to five-years of age.
